Crawfordsburn Country Park | Engagement Session | Becka + Michael

A few weeks ago, we spent a lovely afternoon with Becka and Michael at Crawfordsburn Country Park in Bangor for their engagement session. Becka and Michael also brought along their son Theo so we could grab a few photos of him as well.

Becka and Michael are getting married in 2025 at the Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena so there wedding is a fair way off just yet. They have told us that is going to be one big party all day, so we are looking forward to that.

Weather wise on the day we were quite lucky, considering the time of the year, it was cloudy but it wasn’t too cold and happily we didn’t see any rain as well.

Engagement sessions at Crawfordburn Country Park are perfect for couples who love the outdoors and want to celebrate their love in a natural setting.

We wouldn’t normally recommend bringing along children to your engagement session as it can be difficult for the couple to relax but Theo was great fun! He spent most of the time playing football with Laurene and he just loves to be photographed. We have a strong feeling he might steal everyone’s thunder come the wedding day as well.

While we were at the park someone spotted an otter which caused a lot of excitement. So, we had to wait around a little bit for the crowd to clear so we could use our favourite place here. There was a lot of people around we thought for this time of year, it was definitely a lot busier than we had expected.

We know that the guys were a bit apprehensive about being photographed so their engagement session was a great way to put any of those worries to bed well before their wedding day. They have told us they enjoyed it a lot more than they expected too, so we will call that a job well done.
