On the 5th of October Hanna & Gavin got married at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Newtownabbey and had their wedding reception at the Templeton Hotel in Ballyclare.
We met up with Hanna and her bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding at her parents’ home in Carrickfergus. The house was a hive of activity as everyone got ready for the day. The morning flew in, and in no time at all it seemed we where heading of too meet up with Gavin and his Groomsmen for the ceremony.
Gavin arrived at the Kingdom Hall not long after we did and it was easy to see how excited he was about the day ahead. We had just enough time to grab a couple of quick photos of Gavin and his Groomsmen before an equally as excited Hanna arrived. The ceremony itself was quite relaxed and informal.
On the lead up to the wedding we had spoken with Hanna & Gavin about possible locations for their bride & groom session after the ceremony and first thoughts where to use Antrim Castle Gardens but they decided in the end to use an area at the rear of the Templeton Hotel as they were concerned about their timeline.
So, upon arriving at the Templeton we made our way to the rear of the hotel to shoot some stuff with Hanna & Gavin. We also photographed the bridal party and the family photos they wanted here as well.
Once back inside the hotel it was time for the speeches which included a slideshow and after dinner we photographed the first dance. As we where leaving everyone looked to be having a really good time and the dance floor was absolutely full.
