Tullyglass Hotel Wedding | Tiffany + Andrew

On the 24th of November love was in the air, and the picturesque setting of Magheragall Parish Church in Lisburn witnessed the union of two souls, Tiffany and Andrew. Their love story culminated in a dreamy ceremony at this charming traditional church, followed by a joyous celebration at the elegant Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena.

Tiffany hails all the way from the U.S.A. Her and Andrew met when she was studying at Queens University in Belfast. They had to do the long-distance thing for a while before Andrew proposed. So, its exciting times now for them both as they start a new journey together, now settled in Northern Ireland.

To make things easier logistically on the morning of the wedding Tiffany and the rest of the girls got ready from an Airbnb in Lisburn. This was also super handy for us, as instead of the usual long journey before a wedding, we arrived from ours in only a few minutes. With the girls getting ready and lots of Tiffany’s relatives from the states stopping by, the house was jam packed all morning.

There was a real sense of anticipation as guests gathered at Magheragall Parish Church, a place steeped in history and adorned with timeless charm. Tiffany, radiant in her wedding dress, walked down the aisle to the soft strains of music, escorted by her dad. The atmosphere was filled with a palpable sense of love and commitment as the couple exchanged heartfelt vows, promising to stand by each other through thick and thin.

The beauty of this old church added to the solemnity of the occasion, and as Tiffany and Andrew exchanged rings, the air was electric with the promise of a lifelong bond. The ceremony was a perfect blend of tradition and personal touches, creating a moment that will be etched in the memories of all who attended. The ceremony was performed by Andrew’s dad making it even more special and personal for the guys.

While all the guests were enjoying refreshments in the church hall, we met up with Tiffany and Andrew at the Tullyglass Hotel before everyone else arrived. As there were two weddings on at the hotel on this day, we weren’t allowed access to the area normally used for wedding photography. Having shot many weddings here before though, we knew that we could use the area around the front of the hotel, that we were allowed to use with no issues.

It was a bitterly cold day and we really felt for Tiffany and Andrew, but they never complained once and were a pleasure to spend some time with. Once we got finished up with Tiffany and Andrew, the rest of the guys arrived and we were able to shoot some stuff with the bridal party before thawing out inside the hotel.

The rest of the day festivities continued at the Tullyglass Hotel, a venue known for its sophistication and impeccable service. The newlyweds, along with their guests, were treated to a reception that was nothing short of magical.

The Tullyglass provided a stunning backdrop for the celebration, with its lush gardens and opulent interiors. The reception hall was adorned with elegant decor, reflecting Tiffany and Andrew's refined taste. Friends and family toasted to the couple's happiness, and laughter echoed through the air as speeches and toasts celebrated the love that brought everyone together. Tiffany read a heartfelt poem she had written herself during her speech.

The night continued with an air of celebration and joy, as Tiffany and Andrew, now officially married, led the way to the dance floor. The first dance was a moment of pure romance, with the couple swaying to a melody that seemed to echo the rhythm of their hearts. Tiffany then shared an emotional father daughter dance with her dad.

Surrounded by family and friends, the dance floor soon came alive with laughter, twirls, and the infectious energy of love. Music on the night was supplied by our good friend D.J Skip Alexander, who we hadn’t seen for a while so it was great to catch up with him. As soon as heard that Skip was going to be the D.J we knew the guys were in for a really great time and a full dance floor all evening.
