Tullyglass Hotel Wedding: Sunita and Chris's Unforgettable Celebration

Sunita & Chris got married on the 17th of August, with both their wedding ceremony and wedding reception taking place at the Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena.

Sunita and her bridesmaids stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding so we met up with them at the hotel in the morning to photograph everyone getting ready. Sunita hates being the centre of attention, yes even on her wedding day so she was quite nervous about the day ahead. Her bridesmaids, M.U.A and hairstylist all did a great job of keeping her wedding nerves at bay.

We sometimes get little spells where it seems like everywhere, we go we run into one of our couples from a previous wedding and we are right in the middle of one at the moment. Not long after arriving at the hotel we bumped into our groom from a wedding at Lusty Beg a couple of years ago and not long after that we bumped into another one of our couples from a wedding at the Clandeboye Lodge last year. It’s always nice to see them and have a quick catch up.

Once the girls were ready we made our way down to the ceremony room. Sunita and Chris both looked a little bit nervous throughout and there were a few tears along the way. Once the ceremony was over though they were both able to relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

We have photographed quite a few weddings at the Tullyglass Hotel so we are very familiar with it. One of the advantages of getting married at this hotel is that you can do everything there. As well as offering the option of having your ceremony at the hotel it also a dedicated area for wedding photography so it can be less hassle for the couple as there is no need to travel elsewhere if you don’t want too.

After the ceremony we got to spend a little bit of time with Sunita and Chris before photographing the bridal party and shooting a few quick family photos for them. We fell quite lucky, in terms of the weather because we couldn’t have been inside the hotel more than a few minutes before it started to rain. Once back inside the guys got to spend some time with their guests who where being entertained by a magician, while we photographed some room details.

Then it was time for the speeches, the best man on the day told a hilarious story about a trip him and his wife had to Las Vegas along with Sunita and Chris which proved just how much these two are a good match for each other.

After dinner we had planned to shoot some more stuff with Sunita & Chris but we only managed to get a couple of minutes as out of no where it started to rain again heavily and we had to make a quick dash back inside the hotel.
