Weddings at Corick House Hotel and Spa

Photographers who know the house and the gardens

Corick House Hotel and Spa sits in the Clogher Valley in County Tyrone. It is a country house hotel with a history going back to the 1600s, a drive lined with old beech trees and a Victorian walled garden, and it hosts one wedding a day.

We have photographed weddings here more than once, so we know the grounds, the rooms and how the day flows. We plan your timings around the light, the weather and your ceremony, and we always agree a wet weather plan with you beforehand.

Not sure Corick House is the one yet? Our Corick House Hotel and Spa venue guide covers the advantages and disadvantages, or see our luxury wedding photographer page to see how we work.

One wedding a day, so the hotel is yours for the day.

Photography at Corick House

Every corner of the grounds, captured

The gardens, the grounds and the house are all close together, so we can use the best of the light without leaving your guests behind. Here is how we usually plan it. For the full picture, read our Corick House Hotel and Spa venue guide.

Location 01

The walled garden

The Victorian walled garden is close to the hotel, with brick paths, planting and old stone details. It gives us colourful, private frames for your couple portraits without going far from your guests.

Location 02

The beech tree drive and grounds

The drive is lined with old beech trees, and the lawns and trees around the grounds give us plenty of space and shade. On a hot day we found shade for Ashleigh and Nathan, and it made the portraits comfortable.

Location 03

The front of the hotel

The red carpet and steps at the front of the hotel are a lovely place for the family photographs and your arrival, and they set the scene for the rest of the day.

Location 04

Inside the hotel

The dining room has tall windows that fill it with soft natural light, which suits the speeches and the first dance. If it rains, we plan an indoor option with you beforehand.

Real weddings at Corick House

See our work at Corick House

We have photographed weddings at Corick House, in the gardens and in the hotel, and every one is edited in the same natural, true to life style.

Each includes the getting ready, the ceremony, portraits around the hotel and the party in the evening. Click a photo to see the whole day.

One wedding a day

Only one wedding runs here each day, so the hotel is yours and we can use the gardens wherever the light is best.

Church ceremonies

Many couples marry in a local church and celebrate here. If your church is some distance away, tell us early so we can plan the timings and still leave time for portraits at the hotel.

Plan for the weather

The gardens are outdoors, so we agree a plan B with you beforehand. The old trees also give us shade when the sun is strong.

What our couples say

Kind words from our couples

What couples say about having Tommy and Laurene photograph their wedding day.

Wow, what can we say about Tommy and Laurene! They captured the most important day of our lives so perfectly! They made us laugh all throughout the day, made the posing light hearted and Laurene especially was the best help with my dress and vail! I would recommend them to anyone, they are absolutely fantastic at what they do!

Mr. & Mrs. Bruce

So happy with our wedding photos, our album is beautiful! Tommy and Laurene did an amazing job at capturing every moment of our wedding. They made us feel at ease throughout the day and had plenty of laughs especially with my mum who likes to take a photo or two! Highly recommend Pure Photo NI. Thanks Tommy & Laurene.

Mr. & Mrs. Kirkwood

Research was critical, and reading wonderful comments online by previous couples, I knew I had to contact Tommy and his wife Laurene at Pure Photo N.I. We are delighted with our photos, Tommy was so down to earth and we felt instantly at ease in front of the camera. We loved that they made the effort to mingle with our guests.

Frequently asked questions

Your Corick House wedding photography questions answered

The things couples ask us most about photography at Corick House. If yours is not here, send us a message or have a look at our wedding FAQ.

Do you photograph weddings at Corick House Hotel and Spa?

Yes. We have photographed weddings here more than once, including Ashleigh and Brook and Ashleigh and Nathan, so we know the walled garden, the grounds and the hotel. Both of us come to every wedding, so you get two photographers for your whole day.

Where is Corick House Hotel and Spa?

Corick House Hotel and Spa is in the Clogher Valley, County Tyrone. Ask the hotel for the full address and directions for your guests, and see our Corick House venue guide for more on the venue.

Can we have our ceremony at the hotel?

Listings say the hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies. The ceremonies we have photographed here were all in local churches, so ask the hotel about your own plans.

Can we marry in a church and celebrate at the hotel?

Yes, many couples do. Ashleigh and Brook were married at Tullyallen Church in Armagh and Ashleigh and Nathan at Saintfield Baptist Church, before both had their receptions at Corick House. Tell us early if your church is some distance away, so we can plan the timings.

Is there more than one wedding a day?

Listings say the hotel hosts one wedding a day, so you have the hotel to yourselves. That means we never work around another wedding party. Ask the hotel to confirm this for your date.

Is there accommodation at the hotel?

Listings give 43 bedrooms, and the hotel has a spa, so family and friends can stay on site. Ask the hotel what is included with your wedding package.

What if it rains?

We always agree a wet weather plan with you beforehand. The gardens are outdoors, so ask the hotel about its own wet weather plan too, and we will plan an indoor option for your photographs.

Where are the best places for photos?

The walled garden, the lawns and the old beech trees are all close to the hotel, and there is shade if the day is hot. The red carpet and steps at the front are lovely for family photographs. Our Corick House venue guide has more on each spot.

How much does a Corick House wedding photographer cost?

Our collections start at £1,375 for half day coverage and go up to £2,675 for a full day with albums and an engagement session. Both of us photograph every wedding, and there is no extra travel charge for weddings within Northern Ireland. You can see exactly what is included on our pricing page.
