Corick House Wedding | Ashleigh + Nathan

Ashleigh and Nathan got married on the 31st of May in Saintfield Baptist Church with their wedding reception taking place at Corick House Hotel & Spa in Clogher.

On the morning of the wedding our first stop of the day was at Ashleigh’s mum and dad’s for getting ready. Everything went as expected and Ashleigh’s dad let us have a look at his amazing car collection.

Ashleigh and Nathan's wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love, held at their local church with the ceremony performed by Nathan’s cousin making it such a personal and special experience for them both. They had been eagerly awaiting this special day, and every detail was carefully planned to create a magical experience for themselves and their guests. From the stunning venue to the heartfelt ceremony, this wedding was a true reflection of their love and commitment to each other.

Ashleigh and Nathan are truly a match made in heaven. Their love and compatibility shone through every aspect of their wedding. From the moment they met, there was an undeniable connection between them. Their shared values, dreams, and sense of humour made their bond stronger with each passing day. We first got to know them when we went on an adventure around the north coast with them for their engagement session and have been excitedly waiting for their wedding ever since. We loved how they used the photos from their engagement session on a projector on the lead up to the ceremony. Nathan’s little niece who was flower girl for the day, kind of stole the show during the ceremony with her infectious smile.

When we shot their engagement session it was a cold windy day but for the wedding It was a blisteringly hot day. We knew that we needed to find some shade when we arrived at Corick House. As this is a venue, we have worked at a couple of times before, we knew where to take Ashleigh and Nathan when they arrived at the venue without having to hunt to try and find a suitable location.

We were just as glad as Ashleigh and Nathan to be working in a cool shaded area while everyone else baked in the hot summer’s day heat.  After spending a little bit of time with the guys we joined up with the rest of the bridal party and squeezed in some family photos just about before the call for dinner as well

The speeches all went well, Nathan’s dad got a bit emotional as did Nathan. After dinner and once the guys had cut their wedding cake, we headed back outside to shoot some group photos that we hadn’t been able to earlier in the day because of available time.

Once those were finished, we were able to get a little bit more time with Ashleigh and Nathan before the guys headed back indoors for their first dance and a Ceili.
