Many wedding photographers describe themselves as working in a candid or documentary photo style but often the work they create does not always reflect that. The vast majority of images we create at a wedding are shot in a candid style. We will never ask our couples to do any awkward poses when shooting getting ready or to do anything silly for a photo opportunity during the ceremony or during their wedding reception.
We love natural wedding photography that showcases the real you, and all the emotional moments between you and your family and friends. We won’t interrupt your wedding to set things up or pose cheesy and contrived photos, but we will of course add our artistic spin.
When it comes to photographing the bride and groom together after the ceremony we love to include some beautiful timeless portraits as well as capturing the real moments between our couples. We also like to provide our couples with some non cheesy but fun portraits of them with their family and friends, this is the only time during your wedding day where we will be directing what we shoot.
